Superb! Whenever I read MP3 player reviews, I'm astounded by how much focus there is on how the thing looks compared to how well it works. I've had a bunch of MP3 players over the years and this is by far the easiest to use, you can practically navigate through songs from the outside of your pocket. Syncs easily with WMP, or you can easily drag and drop songs straight to the player. Also, a massive bonus is that no software or drivers are required to install it. very good but still room for improvement This mp3/radio is generally rated as the best flash memory player currently available and who am I to say otherwise. However nothing is perfect so here are my comments.
THE BAD: poor headphones,terribly inadequate instructions that you have to print yourself,not easy to set up,software does not recognise many video files eg. Bought a H140 mp3 player. Went wrong. No one to speak to.
i-River took forever to answer multiple e-mails.
Eventually sent off to I-river in Germany for repair.
Sent back to me with a note saying `customer did not answer cost estimate.
FUNNY!!!! I never received a single contact. Now going in the trash as a lost cause.

Really Handy I have recently bought the iRiver Clix 2 and have used it everyday, its fantastic. It is easy to use and has some great functions, the software is user friendly and it sounds great!
I would recommend buying one and would buy one again without question. Good luck with your decision, but you won't go wrong with the iRiver Clix for the money its fab!!
