If only If only it would open an MPEG-2 file sound channel, I would rate it higher and not regret having it. I fail to understand how a file generated in a Sony Camcorder and downloaded into a Sony DVD recorder, which then dubs it onto a dvd can manage not to have the sound recognized by Sony Vegas. This is specially weird when the same disc is correctly loaded by Ulink, Cyberlink and Adobe software.
Very good software I have used a number of video editing packages; this is the best. Importantly, it is very stable. It is also very flexible and accepts a number of different formats in one project. It also comes bundled with the very competant DVD achitect software.
The only drawback is that it is not the most straight forward software to use so perhaps one for those with some previous editing experience or who enjoy working things out.
