OH MAMMA This is the best dvd ever, I'm a slave to Nell, and can't stand the twinkle toes grapevine to old music, need loads of space patronising keep fit dvd's. I've got two of Nell's others and they all follow a very similar routine, all done on the spot and all so very very hard, within weeks my body looks fantastic, I lost ten stones on a low cal diet but this has pulled me totally into shape muscle definition is fantastic. My favourite exercise DVD so far! I have several exercise dvd's, and this one is by far my favourite one so far. The routines are really easy to pick up and really work!

Shin Splints Anyone?? I had this lurking in the back of my collection, and thought I drag it out again, for a change (from Karen Voight, Billy Blanks etc), well within 20 mins I remember why it had migrated to the back to the collection. I was so bored with running on the spot, and dreadful cueing, that I actually fished an old Kari Anderson one out, for some life and enthusiasm, and to save my shins. Very disappointing I've had Nell's Ultimate Workout challenge for about 18 months now and was a bit bored so I was really pleased when I saw there was new dvd out. I liked the ultimate challenge because it really worked you but was easy to follow and the bail out options were good if you were short of time or just tired. This new dvd is the same workout just without the bail out and a very condensed core section.
