Absolute rubbish! This film is so bad that me and my sister quit watching after about 30 mminutes. The actors have such strong accents that it's impossible to understand half of what they say, and there does not seem to be much of a storyline. It basically consists of people running around a courtyard yelling incomprihensibly. I have never seen such a bad film, and I do not recommend that you watch this. If amazon allowed one to give 0 stars, then I would have done so, for it does not deserve even a single star.

disappointed of Bracknell This is the only film I have ever given up on. I rented this on the strength of the reviews on the cover and this website. I found it entirely claustraphobic and totally lacking in pace and direction. The cutting and editing were amateurish. The music promised much but was too little in evidence. I normally like foreign films and love books by Amitav Ghosh, Arundhati Roy and Hari Kunzu but I lost patience with this one. It would have been better as a documentary. Education it may be, but entertainment it is... more info
An Excellent Watch On the surface this appeared to be a simple form, but it has immense depth, politically, culturally and historically and did a great job in highlighting the complexity of all three in operation. The acting was of a very high standard and although I'm new to Indian films of this nature - i am hooked. I enjoyed it so much i watched it twice in two days and bought a second film of the triolgy - 'Earth' - which i highly recommend
