• I love it !
  I am in no way sporty, haven't done any exercise for years and years. After the birth of my second child last year I had piled on the pounds and was getting miserable. The diet was going well but I realised that I needed to actually get off my backside and do some exercise so I decided that liking Davina anyway, I would try out this DVD. I have never done anything like this before. I have to say that I think it is brilliant. The weight is falling off and none of the exercises are too difficult for me.... more info

• Brilliant for all
  I bought this dvd last month as I made the promise to myself I was getting fit for good. I needed a decent dvd as my husband works long hours in the summer so i cant get to the gym in the evenings. After losing 4 and a half stone by healthy eating, i was unimpressed by my lack of curves, but loved my shape.
  The first time I did this dvd i was impressed. The section at the start where you get to meet the trainers jackie and mark is nice to have as you can get to know them before you start.

• Great to have lots of options. Mix & match
  This is my 3rd Davina DVD. I already have Power of 3 which is great if you have an hour to spare. I also have her 3 x 30min workouts which are great for during the week when I don't have an hour to spare. I was wondering what I would get from this latest DVD.
  First the music is a big improvement on the other DVDs. Secondly I like the 5 different options. I can mix & match sections depending on my humour. As usual the set is excellent - clean, no distractions.

• Hard work - but fun & worth it!
  I've owned fitness DVD's before & have found them to be repetitive, boring & uninspiring... & have, not surprisingly, very quickly lost interest.
  This is the first 'celebrity' fitness DVD i've bought as i hate the whole celebrity culture thing & have refused to buy into it. However, i've read time & again how good Davina's workouts are & as celebrities go i don't mind her too much!
