Snug fit Zen fits like a glove. The back slides over the case and clicks into place.
Buttons are unprotected but sit a few millimetres below the case.
I have a slight patch where the screen and case touch (see similar problems on anythingbutipod forum) but can be overcome.
Doesn't add too much bulk to the player, here are the approx. dimensions;
86mm long x 60mm wide x 16mm thick.
USB, earphones, on/off and mic have access, although a bulky surround to the earphones may cause a problem.... more info
Essential! This case is absolutely essential if you own the Creative zen. You can put it in your pocket without fear of it getting scratched. I have been using it for nearly a year now and the case is still in excellent condition. the player looks like new! The problems are that it lets dust in too easily (so you have to remove it occasionally for cleaning) and be careful that the player and case are spotless before putting the player in. as it is a tight fit, a grain of sand, for instance, could be pressed into... more info
Best case for this player out there Well, this certainly seems to be the best case for the Creative Zen models as it is the only case with screen protection. Good points:
Hard acrylic so will withstand a lot of knocking about
Loop very strong, and belt clip a lovely idea
Stand is brilliant
Doesn't add much bulk to the players Bad points:

Compared to other cases, this is great. I used to own the creative zen vision (m) and always used the soft rubber covers which protect the screen with a plastic window. They make the player look fairly naff but keep it free from sratches (apart from around the screen where the plastic sometimes rubbed).
This case adds very little size to the player, and keeps it looking good. I'm confident that whilst the player *might* suffer at pressure points it'll stay pretty much mark-free. In response to other reviewers: i think although the buttons... more info
