But you don't tell us how often to do it though....! I've just bought Ms Binns new DVD and by all accounts it seems really good. My only concern is that nowhere on the DVD does it recommend how OFTEN to do it to get the 'same' results. I just did a bit of research and found a quote from her saying it took her '5 months to shift the weight' and that she, 'still does it 3x week'. That's not to say that she only did it three times a week in the first place....! I guess just pace yourself with what you can manage- I'm going to TRY alternate days of this... more info
Fun to do I have never been a big fan of workout DVD's but with limited time and few pounds to loose as well as getting more fit I decided to take the plunge and go for it.
I got this DVD after reading few reviews and I am quite pleased with it. It's fun to do and its a great workout without being too over the top ( I got the Ultimate Cahllenge and that one is really tough).
Yes it does take a bit of time to get the moves right but after you get them it's quite easy to follow the routine.

great sweaty fun This is the first exercise DVD I have tried and I love it! all the exercises are well explained with lots of reps so you pick it up really quickly. I have done this DVD about 4 times and have picked up the routine very quickly as it's not overly complicated. It works all your muscles and certainly gets you hot and sweaty. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to exercise at home and you dont need lots of space to do it either. I actually look forward to doing this DVD, buy it, you wont regret it.
Go Vicky! I have tried lots of exercise DVDs, including Davina, Pump it Up and Rosemary Conley. This is by far my favourite. The music is great, and the trainer is fantastic. There are such cool moves in there and you are having so much fun, you don't even realise you are exercising. The toning exercises are very different from the ones you usually get, which makes a nice change. The only negative is that there are not enough stretches,that is why you may be sore the next day, so not ideal for novices. But other than... more info
