This DVD is Amazing!!! Move more and it does get you moving more! A fantastic no nonsense approach to keeping in shape that really works!!!!!!1! If you are tired of the same old fitness DVDs promising celebrity style weight loss in seconds then this DVD is for you. With all the expert advice of leading weight loss organisation Weight Watchers, you can't fail. A full 5-stars from me. Perfect for all ages. And I'd recommend to anyone.
Good Qaulity all round workout from WeightWatchers as you would expect. Like the fact that it has real people in it who have lost weight, toned up and look great.
Easy to use, great one for the collection and ring the changes so you don't get bored of doing the same routines.
OK I like this dvd. There are a good range of exercises with a choice of choosing how long you want to workout for and if you want to do cardio, toning or a mixture of both. It also includes the warm up and cool down so that you cant miss them out. The instructor is very informative and exolains the moves safely without dragging on. There is also a choice of beginner and advanced in all the moves.I am a buit unsure on the cardio as it does not look very fast. Good for the Toning sections as explained so... more info
