Results are pretty instant! I bought this DVD after christmas and have so far done 4 workouts and the results are astounding! I highly recommend this form of exercise. I have lost an inch and a half around my waist, my bust is firmer, you can see my stomach muscles!, my upper arm muscles (esp. my triceps) are more toned, and my behind is also a little more trim as well.
