Superbly original and so catchy "Sun Goes Down" is fantastic - I heard it on the radio and couldn't get it out of my head for weeks until the single finally came out and I played it over and over and over and over. Jordan has a great voice and a suprisingly wide vocal range. "Sun Goes Down" has a great exotic/eastern influence to it and the lyrics are actually really quite gritty and western so that's a nice, interesting contrast. Why don't I give it five stars? Great new talent for 2008 Barcode: 0602517611429 When i first heard Sun Goes Down i wasn't sure to think but within a couple of listens i was completely hooked. With an infectious chorus leading into the song, the beat kicks in and that's it, you're putty in David's hands. His skill as a songwriter is high commendable, his influences ranging far and wide, ensuring there is something here for everyone to like. He looks damn cool in the video for this too, it's got a real fun, glam feel to it and fits the track perfectly.... more info

Admittedly though, this track is not for everyone as the track has more life than a sugar-in dosed nine-year old but the vocals of David Jordan are more than likely to win you over.
Great feel-good track I recently saw the video for this on a music channel, then I started noticing it being played on the radio loads. Although I would not rush out to buy the album until I have heard some more from him, I think this is a great feel-good song. One other reviewer said he was modelling himself on Michael Jackson - well, maybe his physical appearance reminds you of him, but no way does David Jordan sound as though he is trying to emulate M.J., their styles are different.
I agree with the other reviewer who... more info
