Pretty impressive I have received my ZEN a few days ago, I had no problem dowloading music from my media player on my PC, just plug in the USB and tell you PC to sync, and will do it, the media player will find the Zen in Sync mode only. one draw back I notice that you cannot format the zen with its own software, but it was no problem I formated mine through the PC. go to my computer click on my Zen, and format it. Faithful to Creative, but.... Ok, so I bought this after fond memories of a previous Creative MP3 player; a really early model a touch or something. Anyway to the point: I like this product in every way. It is small compact basically does all it says on the box, BUT: here is my problem and I say that as you can see by the other reviews that no one else has encountered this problem yet - so I might have just got one of a bad batch. Nice face; shame about the legs Firstly, hats off to Creative, this little gadget looks great. It looked easy to use, looked easy to sync with potentially great sound quality (as usual). Pity I didn't get to experience this because it died before it was fully charged. This was supposed to be my dream replacement (and birthday present) for a stolen ZVM, but when that screen goes blank and the little blue power light is still on, your only option is to let the battery fully discharge and to try again. Good sound but tempermental The sound is very good, and I even sussed out the video (DVD Catalyst). However file handling is bad very bad. You can drag and drop folder to it but you can't review them on the player. so if you say drag an album across you cannot just find that and then play it. You have to sync it and that can be a pain if your MP3 tags are missing anything. would not really recomend it
