Great! I brought this DVD several weeks ago and feel like it is working already. The thing I like most is how it is broken up into 10min segments so you can alternate, so as not to loose interest, or if you are short on time you can do just one or two segments. Only downside is in each segment the routine is done twice which can be repetative. But would recommend for beginners and it is great if you don't have much room to 'prance' about.
The work out is pretty good, but . . . . Ok, first things first, I've always been a fan of Claire King. I always liked the fact that she was a real woman so to speak, and was proud to have a size 12 figure, something most of us can aspire to. Hence my reasons for getting this dvd. I did it for the first time yesterday, and yes, today I ache, which has got to be a good sign, I hope! It does work for those of us with specific areas to work on I must say that I have bought many fitness (videos over the years! - I am showing my age!). As I have got older however I don't want to be jumping around anymore. I am not a lover of exercise as I am quite tired when I get home from work every day. I must say however that I am managing to do this DVD several times a week. It is easy to follow and the time goes quickly. You can do all of it in one go or just a few sections of it. As the owner many, many work out dvds, most of which I have got bored of after only a few tries, I was wary that this one wasn't going to be all it was made out to be.
But it really does what it says on the tin!
