New film? Time for a new Silva Screen cover CD! I have to hand it to them - it's a clever idea. New film gets released, Silva Screen grabs the score, re-records it, and hey presto - another City Of Prague Philharmonic CD. As their discs go, this one isn't at all bad - it certainly captures the essence of the Indy films, and is a very enjoyable listen. However, as with all their "re-recorded score" CDs, I still get the impression that those involved couldn't really care less about the music, just that they've got to get it re-recorded and released... more info
