The Panasonic DMC-FX500 also includes a 10-megapixel CCD sensor that works with the 2-mode Mega optical image stabiliser to reduce the effects of hand shake and prevent motion blur, and an Intelligent Auto mode and Venus Engine IV image processor that automatically adjust the camera?s settings, selecting those which are most appropriate. Its touch screen makes it easy to take great pictures and play them back afterwards, and zoom and focus can be set by simply touching the icons on the screen. The Lumix DMC-FX500 can even take photos in incredible resolutions of 3648 x 2736 pixels and record HD video in 1280 x 720 pixels at a smooth 30 frames per second. Awesome I bought this product in advance of my 7 day old son being born (not off Amazon due to price). This was to reaplce a lower budget camera from old. The attraction was the HD output and the video option, the camera produced brilliant results and functionality is superb, whilst I am no expert on photography this offers everything I require and more. It also looks very stylish in black!!!
Lumix FX500 digital camera I have now been using the camera for a couple of weeks and am more and more delighted with it. the picture quality is superb and it is very easy to use.
