Very poor.. come back Delia Personally I found this to be total rubbish, Even after following recipes to the letter I end up with very unsatisfactory results.... runny sauces et al. The speech recognition has to be disabled because when you use it and do anything remotely noisy (like chopping ingredients!!!) it thinks you are speaking and it gets totally confused taking you back through the cooking instructions. Good idea Great idea, great interface - would be massively useful for a cook lacking in confidence. The only gripe I have with it is the recipies! They are clearly meant to appeal to a global audience, but I thought they were all a bit odd! I hope they are planning to bring out more editions - specialising in various cuisines - ie an Italian one, British one and so on. I'd definitely buy them.
Guide not game... First of all, I really advice taking out a little extra insurance on your DS console, and having screen protectors. Unlike most games for the DS this is a little more hands on, and it is good to remember the clue is in the name - guide. The recipes are simple and easy to follow, and although the voice recognition is a little over sensitive at times, its not difficult to back the steps up or skip a few to get back to the right point.
